I'm CJ Pisieczko.
I built The Job Search Network because I believe job seekers deserve more than silence, guesswork, and generic advice.
For more than 20 years, I have worked inside talent acquisition, retention, hiring strategy, and people leadership. I have partnered with hiring decision-makers, coached candidates, built recruiting strategies, and seen how companies evaluate people from the inside. That experience helps me coach job seekers with a clear understanding of both sides of the process.
But this work has never been only about hiring. It is about people.
A job search can challenge your confidence, clarity, patience, and belief in yourself. I have seen talented people feel overlooked or stuck, not because they lack value, but because they lack the right strategy, feedback, and support at the right moment.
That is why The Job Search Network exists.
My coaching is practical, honest, and human. I help job seekers strengthen how they show up through their résumé, interviews, outreach, professional brand, motivation, and career decisions with clarity, confidence, and intention.
